Two teams of 7 players (6 outfield + 1 goalkeeper) on an indoor court. Pass, dribble, and throw a ball into a goal. Games are 2x30 minute halves. No feet allowed - only goalkeepers can use them inside the goal area. Three steps max while holding the ball, and you must pass or shoot within 3 seconds.
