Played on a badminton-sized court with a 34-inch net. Use solid paddles and a plastic ball with holes. Games to 11, win by 2. Only the serving team scores. The kitchen (non-volley zone) is 7 feet from the net - no volleying allowed inside it. Serve underhand, diagonally, and let the ball bounce once on each side before volleying.
